IT ALL STARTED WITH A RIDE AROUND LAKE ISEO…

At the end of 2017 I arrived back in London having spent the year in the mountains of Northern Italy as a bike guide. Living beside the shores of Lake Iseo I enjoyed amazing adventures on two wheels with guests and locals, always able to return to base and give our trusty bikes a good clean so they were looking sharp, ready for the next spin.

Back in London on the other side of the road, I still enjoyed riding around the city but quickly grew tired of bringing my dirty bike back into my flat with no space to give it the same love and care I did in Italy.

Living in a small flat, with no access to outside water, or outside space left me with the dilemma of how to wash my bike properly. After researching my options and speaking with friends and cyclists, as well as inspecting bikes at red lights, I quickly realised there was an opportunity to bring professional bike cleaning to those who need it...

And Ride Clean was born!
